Great drinks. All service staff very nice. Juan was helpful in deciding which of the 20 salads to choose, he's had them all. And half off drinks and apps at happy hour doesn't hurt either. I saw the pizza at another table that needed a triple spatula cheese pull to get it all on the plate. Be trying that next time.

I love Rosti Tuscan Kitchen. This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the whole world! If you order the right things, you’ll have a wonderful experience - top-notch food, great service, and big portions!! Rosti has an extensive selection of amazing salads, some of our favorite being: Chicken & Pear Salad, Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, Shrimp & Avocado Salad, and of course the classic Caesar salad. There are tons of amazing appetizers - all the Italian classics - too many good options to list here, you can’t go wrong! As for mains, they have excellent pizzas (amazing gluten-free pizza by the way), great pastas (spicy pink sauce pasta is always my go-to), and meat dishes like chicken Marsala and chicken piccata as well! BE SURE to try the northern-style chicken parmigiano - this is my favorite thing on the whole menu! This is one of the best restaurants in Calabasas, especially if you like Italian food. Be sure to try Rosti ASAP because you won’t regret it!

I tried their mushroom truffle soup and it was pretty good. I also tried their Salmon salad and calamari, both tasted great and were cooked to perfection. Recommend them both. The outdoor seating is great and the complimentary bread and olive oil is always great for the table. Staff has been excellent with their customer service on point.

Let me just start by saying that the food there was decent. I mean, the portions were good, and almost all the dishes we had were delicious. I really impressed me was their marinara sauce, sometimes that stuff can be too heavy or acidic, but not here. It felt just right in my 40 something yr old stomach Their service was a bit slow and this is a minor complaint, I wish they had some nice wine glasses. We brought along a good bottle of wine, and it just seemed wrong sipping it out plain little wine glasses that looked and felt like plastic. Overall it was a great experience.

Rosti in Calabasas was a 10/10 experience! We were visiting the area from GA and decided to give this place a try. We absolutely loved it! Menu has tons of options, service was great (our server Alicia was so kind and gave the best recommendations), and the food was wonderful!

ROSTI TUSCAN KITCHEN is an excellent medium sized eatery. They offer a good selection of vegan, gluten free, and conventional appetizers and entrees. It is a great place to watch sports on their many monitors. The friendly servers are familiar with the menu and the ingredients used. Their suggestions were helpful. The pizzas are delicious with a flavorful crust that is ladleled with an excellent marinara sauce. The vegan pizza is layered with the same marinara sauce, your choice of veggies, and covered with vegan mozzarella cheese. It is delicious. STUFF: Everything is ADA compliant. Don't miss the lovely water fountain a few feet from the entrance. Lots of free parking with many ADA compliant spaces.
